6. Replacement Policy (No Refunds)
- We follow a 7-day replacement policy only from the date of delivery.
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
- A replacement will be provided only if:

- The product is incorrect compared to your order.
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with order details and proof (photos/videos).
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.
Replacement requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
